Warehouse worker with a flair for IT and ERP wanted

On behalf of a company in Kolding, we are looking for a committed and structured warehouse employee who can take responsibility for the daily warehouse operations – from goods receipt to preparation of finished goods for shipment.

Here you will get a versatile position, where you combine practical warehouse work with digital registrations and close collaboration with colleagues across the organization.

Your tasks

You will play a central role in the daily warehouse function, where your primary tasks will be:

Goods receipt

• Receiving and inspection of incoming goods.
• Verification of goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Registration of goods receipts in the company's ERP system.
• Handling of any faults, shortages and damaged goods.
• Ensuring correct placement and storage of goods.

Lager management

• Picking and handling of goods and components.
• Maintenance of correct stock levels and records.
• Stock movements and participation in stock counts.
• Ensuring order, structure and high warehouse discipline.
• Contributing to the optimization of the warehouse workflows.

Packing and shipping

• Receipt of completed machines, components and spare parts.
• Checking goods against orders and packing lists.
• Proper packaging and preparation of goods for transport.
• Registration of shipping information in the ERP system.
• Preparation and affixing of labels and relevant documentation.
• Coordination of pickup and transport with drivers and carriers.

We imagine that you...

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar warehouse position.
• Have experience with goods reception, warehouse management, picking/packaging and shipping.
• Ideally have experience from a manufacturing, machine or industrial company.
• Have worked with ERP systems and digital warehouse processes.
• Are IT-savvy and have basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
• Have a forklift license.
• Have a warehouse and terminal education or equivalent practical experience.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Monitor ERP, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have experience with ERP-based warehouse processes and a willingness to learn new systems.
