We are looking for 35-hour cleaning heroes for Solsikken Nursery with employment from 1 January 2027

Become part of Team Rent Gold – we bring cleaning in-house across the entire municipality. Team Rent Gold is Guldborgsund Municipality's consolidated cleaning unit, which from January 1, 2027 will take responsibility for cleaning across the entire municipality. We are in the process of building a professional and well-functioning organization, where quality, stable operations and good collaboration are at the center.

We are looking for engaged cleaning heroes who want to help create clean, healthy and inviting environments for the municipality's residents and employees. The golden mission is that the indoor climate is a pure pleasure to be in.

About Team Rent Gold

The department will be a large and important part of the municipality's daily operations and will consist of 2 department heads, 3 professional coordinators, 3 flying squads and approx. 90 cleaning assistants. Together we ensure clean, healthy and inviting environments for both citizens, users and employees.

With us, cleaning is a professional task that makes a real difference. We work systematically with quality, modern methods and good workflows – and we prioritize that all employees are well equipped for the task.

At the same time we place great emphasis on community and flexibility. We help each other across locations when someone is absent, during peak workloads and main cleaning, and we believe that a good workday is created through collaboration, responsibility and a positive approach.

About the position

· 1 employee on 35 hours per week

· Start time 05:00

· Possibility of additional hours due to absence, peak workload and main cleaning

· Possibility of holiday work

· Visible cleaning of municipal buildings

· Ensuring a good indoor climate for users and residents

· Collaboration with colleagues across locations

Who are you?

· A bubbly personality who is not afraid to tackle dirt, grime and other challenges with a smile - you find cleaning fun

· You can juggle your tasks

· You are organized and reliable

· You have a sense of humour and the ability to create a positive and fun environment around you and your cleaning task

· You should have good communication skills and an eye for detail

· You can speak, read and understand Danish

Previous experience and education as a cleaning assistant or cleaning technician can be a bonus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person to achieve sparkling results

Employment terms

· The positions are to be filled no later than January 1, 2027

· In accordance with the applicable collective agreement with 3F

· Driver's license (category B) is an advantage, but not required

· Employment is conditional on an approved child and/or criminal record check
