Closing Manager at Skovgrillen - Job Description

Role: You must be able to run your shift independently and maintain an overview of customers, orders, apprentices and the store's other tasks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & OVERVIEW

• Ensure a high and consistent quality - every time.
• In collaboration with the apprentice, keep an overview of customer orders in the store, phone orders and online orders and ensure that they are made and finished by the agreed time.
• Coordinate in-store, phone and online orders so there is an overview – even when it is busy.
• Ensure professional customer service and keep calm during periods of extra busy times.

TASKS

• Keep ongoing overview of restocking and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure that necessary tasks are carried out.
• Assess which tasks need to be solved now, and which can wait during periods of extra busyness.
• Ensure proper closing and leave the store safely.

APPRENTICES

• Be supportive and helpful to apprentices.
• Assist with prioritization, give clear instructions and step in if an apprentice loses overview.

CASH & CASH RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle errors, refunds and relevant error messages.
• Perform correct cash counting and cash closing.

The working hours are primarily in the afternoon/evening hours - You should be scheduled for a weekend shift every 2nd weekend in the time frame 9:30-21:00
