Who are we?

Finderiet is a social enterprise recycling goods house of 1,200 m² in Randers. We run a shop with a large range of second-hand goods and at the same time create jobs and learning opportunities for people with different prerequisites.

Your tasks

You will become part of our store team, where we together ensure that the shop operates in everyday life.

• Preparation of the shop before opening, replenishment and product presentation.
• Sorting, preparation, assessment and pricing of goods.
• Cash handling, sales and customer service.
• Help and support our students in daily practical tasks.
• Take photos and short video clips of goods and daily life for our social media.

Who are we looking for?

We expect that you

• Are reliable, responsible and independent.
• Would preferably have experience from retail, retail trade or sales.
• Have an interest in recycling and a flair for goods and trade.
• Are service-minded and greet customers with a smile.
• Can take initiative, keep an overview and work across tasks.
• Have patience and a desire to collaborate with and support our students.
• Thrive in being part of a team where we help each other.

-We are a workplace with room for individual accommodation needs and plan the tasks in dialogue with you. The work takes place in an active recycling shop, where part of daily life involves standing, walking and physical work.
