We are looking for a skilled and independent bookkeeper/controller

Valentin Regnskab ApS is seeking a dedicated bookkeeper/controller with solid experience in e-conomic.

We are a growing company, and with us you get a versatile full-time position with responsibility and influence – in an informal yet professional environment, where bookkeeping is increasingly supported by automation, and where your role therefore also involves ensuring, controlling and further developing our accounting processes.

Your tasks

• Daily bookkeeping and ongoing reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Processing payments and incoming invoices
• VAT settlement and preparing material for the auditor
• Budgeting and financial reporting
• Quality assurance of automated bookkeeping processes
• Payroll reporting (not a requirement)
• Administrative ad hoc tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience with e-conomic and preferably knowledge of other systems
• Has a background as bookkeeper, controller, accounting assistant or similar
• Works independently, structured and accurately
• Has an eye for numbers and can translate them into an overview and reporting for management
• Thrives with a mix of routine tasks and new challenges
• Can start as soon as possible or by agreement
