We are looking for a dedicated nurse at the Clinic for Psychoses, Psychiatry House in Silkeborg. The clinic consists of 6 nurses, 2 psychologists and 2 doctors, where the working environment is characterized by mutual trust, openness, helpfulness and a good dose of humor.

We have a vacant position on the team in the Clinic for Psychoses in Silkeborg and we hope you will be part of our fantastic team. We work with a patient group where each treatment course is planned individually with the whole person in mind. The work takes place on weekdays during daytime and involves a high degree of independence and at the same time close collaboration with our other skilled nurses, psychologists, secretaries and doctors, who are always available for sparring, reflection and supervision.

The holistic treatment includes, in addition to the individual contact with the patient, group treatment as well as involvement of relatives and other cross-sector collaborators.

The clinic consists of 6 nurses, 2 psychologists and 2 doctors and there is a collaboration with the team in Viborg and Skive. A treatment conference is held once a week, as well as other joint activities such as sparring, supervision and staff meetings.

Psychiatry House in Silkeborg is usually a calm place, where everyone is good at helping each other across professions. The working environment in the clinic is characterized by mutual trust, openness, helpfulness and a good portion of humor. It is important for us that new employees get a good start. Therefore, in addition to an introductory program, you will also be assigned a mentor. You will also be offered basic and ongoing competence development — including e-learning and physical courses that broaden your knowledge of the area and ensure you have the necessary knowledge.

We require that you are

• Trained nurse
• Competent and well-founded in psychiatric nursing. Preferably with specialist training or other relevant continuing/advanced education.
• Good at working independently, maintaining an overview and prioritizing tasks purposefully.
• Ready to take responsibility for this vulnerable group.
• Happy to collaborate across disciplines.
• Engaged in the core task - making a difference for severely ill people with psychotic disorders and comorbidity.

Own car is necessary. Travel allowance is provided according to state rates.
