In March 2019, Organic Growth started, and since then it has moved quickly. Therefore we are now seeking an intern who wants to develop themselves in web design.

Organic Growth focuses on digital organic marketing. Put simply, this means that we work with SEO and content strategies, including development of landing pages for our clients, building layouts for content, and much more. Your primary tasks will be external projects related to WordPress and Yoothemes, but you will also gain exposure to SEO and digital marketing.

Who are you?

You are engaged in the digital universe, passionate about creating beautiful websites, and you can see yourself working in the industry after graduation. You appreciate a free startup environment where you can shape your own day-to-day life, and where your self-discipline is put to the test.

Your profile would ideally look like this

• You want to dive into WordPress and Yoothemes
• You are positive and approachable with plenty of drive
• You have knowledge of web design from your studies
• You are good at creating overview and managing your tasks
• You have experience with WordPress
• You value freedom with responsibility and thrive in an exciting startup environment

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for several external projects that need to be started from scratch. Specialization is necessary if you want to become an expert in a field. Therefore there will primarily be a focus on web design and training in WordPress and Yoothemes.

Specifically you will learn

• Setting up websites according to the client's wishes
• Building websites in WordPress and Yoothemes
• Testing and optimizing usability on the websites you work on
• Having client contact and handling customers
• Additionally, gaining knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

Who is Organic Growth?

In March 2019, I, Lauge Hybel, started Organic Growth. After 4.5 years at one of Denmark's largest web agencies, including as Head of Marketing, I decided to start my own company. At Organic Growth we are experts in organic marketing – marketing where the client does not pay for clicks, views and ads on the various digital channels.

The office is located in a tall and bright basement, hidden away from the city traffic in an old industrial courtyard.

If you become an intern at Organic Growth, you should expect a high degree of freedom. Freedom to prioritize and structure your tasks and freedom regarding your meeting times. That's how I like it best, and I hope you will too!
