Welder for MIG, MAG and MMA in Vojens

Do you want a competitive salary, good colleagues and professional development?

We are looking for a welder in Vojens for MIG, MAG and MMA.

You will become part of an industrial company where metalworking is everyday life. Work involves sheet metal, tubes and metal parts for different industries, and the welding can be either standalone tasks or part of a larger production process. The team is larger than a small workshop, so you’ll have people around you, but still a daily routine where you need to roll up your sleeves yourself.

The role suits you if you like making the pieces fit so the next step in production can continue. Some days you’ll be working on welding tasks by yourself, other days you’ll be closer aligned with the rest of the production. There are proper conditions, competitive pay and opportunities for professional development.

What you get Salary: 190-225 DKK per hour

Working area: Vojens and surroundings

Colleagues: About 20 employees

Professional development: Room for courses and updates

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we hire people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Everyday: Welding, production and metalworking

Your daily routine Some welding tasks are standalone, while others are sub-tasks within a larger production flow. You switch between working on your own piece and coordinating with others in production, so processing and assembly can continue smoothly without hassle.

You will, among other things, work with

• Welders with MAG, MIG and MMA
• Welder in common materials
• Solve independent welding tasks in production
• Work with sub-tasks in larger production processes
• Adjust, grind and prepare parts when the task requires it

You will have colleagues around you and a setup where there is room to sharpen your craft. The most important thing is that you deliver something you can stand behind.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you should be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder
• Can work with MAG, MIG and MMA
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Can work both independently and with others
• Tell us if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience from production or metalworking. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life where welding must fit with the rest of the flow.
