You help citizens in their own homes in Lejre Municipality with both personal care and practical help. You get your own clients, work in fixed teams and have a professional leader close by. Your work takes place in your local area, and you are often the one who first notices changes in the citizen and ensures that important information is passed on.

You will thrive if you...

• Is trained social and health care assistant or close to it
• Is reliable and shows up when you have said you would
• Can work independently and make decisions in the home
• Notices the small things and can talk calmly with relatives
• Documents your work so the colleague can take over
• Speaks and writes Danish
• Has a category B driving licence and a clean criminal record
• Lives in or near Lejre
