You will become part of a strong and well-functioning team, consisting of our Business Manager Lotte Bach and a dedicated sales coordinator. The team supports you in relation to professional sparring on clients and cases and eases the administrative tasks so you can concentrate as much as possible on the proactive sales work.

Your primary task is to perform actions that ensure we have properties for sale or leasing (commissioning) and that we sell, lease and assess commercial properties in Vestegnen. We envision that your previous professional background and personality are characterized by:

• Experience from a similar role in the brokerage industry either as a commercial broker or another relevant B2B sales background from banking, mortgage institutes or sales and advisory companies.
• A unique B2B network on Vestegnen as well as the desire and abilities to build long-term relationships with companies and real estate investors.
• Documented sales results that clearly show you are able to achieve outstanding results in a highly competitive market.
• A strong winning mindset, meaning you go the extra mile to win and close a case.
• A strong value base built on a high degree of diligence, integrity and good business sense.
