KaffeKoncept seeks a service technician for installation, service and troubleshooting of coffee machines and other beverage solutions at our customers, primarily in Jutland.

Geographically, we would like you to live in the area from Vissenbjerg and towards the Triangle Region , as a large part of the work takes place at our customers in Jutland.

You do not need prior experience with coffee machines – we provide thorough training .

Your tasks

• Travel to customers for fault reports and operational disruptions
• Install and commission new coffee machines and other beverage solutions
• Perform ongoing service and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and carry out technical repairs
• Ensure good customer service and professional dialogue with customers

We imagine that you

• Have a minimum B driving license
• Speak and understand Danish
• Are practically minded and have good technical understanding
• Work independently, in a structured and efficient manner
• Take responsibility for your tasks and follow them through
• Are meticulous and take good care of customers' equipment and surroundings
• Thrive on being on the move and meeting different people

It is an advantage if you have experience as e.g. electrician, mechanic, service technician or similar, but it is not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you have hands-on skills, are eager to learn and take responsibility for your work.

Working hours

The position is normally 37 hours per week , but for the right candidate the position can also be arranged as a 4-day work week .
