🌿 In the middle of Charlottenlund forest lies our wonderful institution: Grøndalshuset 🌿 We are a self-governing, combined day care with 64 children distributed across two kindergarten groups with a total of 40 kindergarten children, and two nursery groups with 24 nursery children.

It is the kindergarten that is looking for its fourth, and last, pedagogue. In each room we are normally two pedagogues, a student pedagogue and an assistant, and we are so fortunate to have a “float” who steps in where it is beneficial. Furthermore, we have a solid and stable substitute team.

The staff group is a lovely mix of young and old, women and men.

The tone is relaxed and fun, and we take pride in helping each other so that everyone has a good day.

With us, the development and safety of the children are naturally the most important. We are very good at this, which generates satisfied parents who show respect for the staff. And people who feel respected and valued dare to and want to give a little extra. And that is how it all goes around.

We hold weekly meetings during working hours. Every other week there is an educational planning meeting with all the pedagogues in the house, and every other week there is a departmental meeting, alternating between the nursery and the kindergarten. In addition, there is a staff meeting every third month from 17-20

Our leader always wears the big Yes hat!

She thinks it is important with courses and further education that keeps professional standards high, and staff curious and fired up.

If a misunderstanding should arise, she immediately addresses the matter, and the problems are resolved. It is always strived to accommodate the staff's wishes—from new ideas and initiatives, purchases of toys and materials for the rooms, to vacation dreams.

We are looking for a colleague with a positive mindset. Someone who is not afraid to get red cheeks in the forest when the weather rages. Someone who is willing to be silly, dance and tumble with the children, but also someone who is good at calm and presence when that is needed.
