The job

As a lawyer in Bruun & Hjejle's IP & Digital Business business unit you will play a central role in advising, among other things, Danish and international companies on trademarks, patents, copyright, design, marketing law, trade secrets, as well as the life sciences area, including regulatory questions. You will work with advising and dispute resolution, including preparation and conduct of lawsuits as well as transactions, and you will work closely with leading specialists in the field.

You will become part of a dedicated team of 20 people, where high quality, precision and commercial understanding are prerequisites for our advice. We work in teams with the right competencies for each case, where there is an opportunity for professional sparring and development for the individual. This ensures the best result and a strong professional environment.

About you

We are looking for a professionally strong lawyer with 1-2 years of relevant experience in IP law, preferably from a law firm, a company or a public authority. You have a good commercial understanding and translate law into practical solutions for our clients. At the same time you are eager to take ownership of cases and projects from start to finish.

• You contribute to a strong team atmosphere and thrive with collaboration across the house's disciplines
• You communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English
