• We are seeking a social and health care assistant for mixed day and evening shifts

At Klovenhøj we are looking for a new colleague who wants to become part of our community and help make a difference for our residents.

The position is 30-37 hours per week with mixed day and evening shifts.

The position will primarily be day shifts, but evening shifts will also be included after agreement.

Approximately every 3rd weekend is worked.

Who are we?

Klovenhøj is a dementia care center with 38 nursing home beds, distributed across three teams: Højen,

Stien and Skoven.

We are a workplace with many different tasks, professional perspectives and

opportunities for cross-team collaboration.

Our three teams each have their own community, but we are one house where we help each other

and use each other’s competencies.

We work from a person-centered approach, where the individual person is at the center.

For us, good care is not only about nursing and practical tasks, but just as much about relationships, presence, quality of life and meaningful daily life.

The exact salary depends on the position as well as your experience and qualifications and may, in addition to base pay, consist of relevant, negotiated allowances.
