You will work with many professionally interesting and varied control cases. You will have the opportunity to participate in international work, just as you will have the opportunity to influence development in the area, including the planning and execution of the control effort.

Specifically, you will work with selection, review of annual reports, execution of controls with subsequent dialogue with the companies and their auditors, guidance and information about the control as well as coordination and knowledge sharing across the EU. The tasks thus cover all parts of the control process from planning to execution and further to oral and written reporting.

The team is part of the agency’s area for Accounting Control and EU Audit, which also handles the control of annual reports from the other companies covered by the Companies Act as well as interpretation and guidance activities related to the Companies Act.

The solution of the tasks is carried out in close cooperation with the rest of the area’s colleagues and the Danish Business Authority’s other professional areas – especially in the audit area.

Professionally strong profile with ambitions In addition to your educational background as cand. merc. aud., state-authorised public accountant or similar, we place emphasis on the following:

About the employment Employment is offered under the current collective agreement between AC and the Ministry of Finance with the possibility of negotiating additional allowances. Placement will be as special- or senior consultant depending on qualifications.

This is a permanent full-time position with start date 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
