Bookkeeper with responsibility and overview sought for Botilbudet Lindholm

12-20 hours per week by agreement

Botilbudet Lindholm seeks a skilled and independent bookkeeper who thrives with responsibility and a broad range of financial and administrative tasks. (Our current bookkeeper will enjoy her retirement)

The position is not a traditional bookkeeping role. We are looking for an employee who can function as an important sparring partner for management and share responsibility for daily financial management with great independence and professional confidence.

About the position

You will be responsible for a number of central financial tasks and become an important part of the administrative operations. The tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and creditor management
• Accounts receivable follow-up and invoicing
• Payroll processing and payroll-related submissions
• Reconciliation of bank, balance accounts and other accounting items
• Preparation of internal financial statements
• Budget monitoring and reporting to management
• Preparation of material for the auditor and annual accounts
• Financial analyses and management reporting
• Ensuring correct bookkeeping, documentation and compliance with applicable law

We are looking for someone who

• Has a solid accounting background
• Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner
• Can work independently and take responsibility for own tasks
• Has experience with payroll processing and financial management.
• Thrives in a broad role where tasks range from daily operations to management reporting
• Has good IT skills and experience with financial systems. Preferably within Dataløn, E-conomic, Excel etc.
