You will become part of our Consulting Services team, where your role as Advisor is to help our customers get the maximum value out of their IT environment. In this context you are able to create an overview, translate the customer's needs into concrete recommendations, and guide them toward the right solutions. Even though you are not responsible for the implementation yourself, you ensure that the right tasks are anchored with the right consulting teams.

We envision that you have a solid background as a consultant, but now you want a role with greater focus on customer advisory, relationships and the commercial side. You are proactive and see business opportunities, naturally think in upselling and cross-selling, and are able to identify customers' needs that can be translated into task opportunities that you bring back.

You will be attached to our office in either Aalborg, Herning, Viby or Skovlunde with a high degree of flexibility. In addition, you will primarily visit and advise customers around the country, which is why the role requires that you have a driver's license and a car.

Your role

You work closely with existing customers – onsite and remote – and advise decision-makers from Operations Manager to CIO. Here you define the context, translate the need into a recommendation, and provide a clear basis for decision with guidance on architecture and solution. The actual implementation, operation and technical problem solving lies with the consultants in the consulting teams. Your value, therefore, lies in opening the opportunity and placing the task in the right place.

Early in the customer journey you use your commercial approach: you listen to the customer's needs, suggest how the challenge can be solved and translate the dialogue into new tasks that the consulting teams subsequently deliver – whether it's within Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud, security or classical infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include

• Provide advisory services and translate customer dialogues into concrete initiatives and value-creating direction that strengthens customers' IT landscape.
• Strengthen the task pipeline with your commercial and advisory approach, ensuring you bring tasks back to the consulting teams.
• Identify IT opportunities and improvements before they become challenges.
• Speak both technology and business and build relationships from operations leader to CIO, making complexity easy to decide on.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure holistic solutions – always with the customer in focus.

Your success is measured by the activity and value you create for others in the form of the tasks and the pipeline you open for the consulting teams – all in close collaboration with colleagues from sales, Service Delivery Managers, etc.

We are looking for a teamm8 who

Have +5 years of experience in a similar role at an IT consulting firm or from an internal position where IT solution advisory has been central, but you want an even greater focus on the commercial side. You have stood in the consultant's shoes and therefore know which tasks you can advise the customer on. You are customer-oriented and have commercial eyes and ears, which means you understand the customer's business and at the same time are able to identify and prevent future challenges in their IT environment. Generally, we would like the following to be fulfilled:

• Have in-depth experience with advisory services across a broad range of IT areas including Microsoft 365, infrastructure, Azure, Cloud and security.
• Preferably from a role with both technical insight and commercial acumen within relevant IT solutions.
• Communicates in a commercial and strategic language that speaks to the business and can translate technology into decisions.
• Preferably a relevant IT education such as data technician with a specialization in infrastructure.
• Preferably Associate as well as Expert certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300 etc.
• Outgoing, thrives on being with customers and able to bring tasks back home.
• Communicates accurately and professionally in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
