• Has good communication skills and is a good team player.
• Has a good and infectious mood and is able to advise customers.
• Be a role model for the store's other employees.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks and see them through to the end.
• Work purposefully with the store's key figures.
• Experience from Store Manager or previous department head is an advantage.
