Michelsen Chokolade seeks a store manager for Frederiksberg Center

As store manager at Svend Michelsen Chokolade you get insight into a fascinating and versatile everyday life. You work closely with your team in our beautiful chocolate shop with the best location in Frederiksberg Centret and the sale of Svend Michelsen's fantastic Fairtrade chocolate, and of course also our partners Bagsværd Lakrids' and Kastberg Gourmet Ice Cream's tasty goods.

We expect that you can navigate from each individual customer and can turn customer contact into a good experience and a sale. It is a must that you both love chocolate, can convey your love to our customers, are good at motivating your team, and have a flair for numbers.

You will become an important part of Svend Michelsen Chokolade and the story that runs through 3 generations.

• Can keep a cool head in both busy but also less busy periods

Svend Michelsen Chokolade began in 1933, where Svend Erik Michelsen as a newly graduated pastry chef started to produce handmade chocolate. The chocolate is still handmade, and great effort is made to safeguard the good craftsmanship. In 2016 we were the first chocolate producer in Denmark to begin buying all its cocoa under Fairtrade terms.
