JEWELLERY STORE SEEKS - Fashionable and Independent Store Manager for Gottes Sølv & Guld / Museums Kopi Smykker

We are looking for a motivated store manager who will take good care of our department in Aarhus.

Sell the industry's finest jewelry

We manufacture Museums Kopi Smykker ourselves – authentic reproductions of ancient jewelry – at our own workshop in Denmark. We thus place great emphasis on our customers not only leaving with a piece of jewelry, but also with a story. We also stock jewelry from a long list of brands, including Aqua Dulce, Nava Copenhagen, Aagaard, Frk. Lisberg, Rabinovich, Spirit Icons, Christina Watches, Heiring and Lund Copenhagen.

We exhibit once a year at wedding fairs, with engagement rings in Aalborg, Aarhus, Vejle, Odense and Copenhagen.

As store manager you will have the store key in hand and be responsible for giving our customers the best service and ensuring that the shop appears neat and presentable. You spend most of your time on the floor, where you process customers and find the piece(s) of jewelry that can tell a story. In addition you take care of new sales-promoting initiatives, so we continually develop the store and optimize sales. A smaller part of your time you spend on preparing rosters and on contacting our suppliers.

Working hours

The position is full-time, and you should expect to work about every other weekend. You are primarily alone in the store, but in the afternoon one of our substitutes comes and helps. You have partial weekend off, but you are ready to step in during illness, holidays, vacations, etc.

A modern and trustworthy sales profile with a passion for jewelry

• We expect that you have several years of experience in sales and preferably as a store manager.
• You preferably have experience from the jewelry industry, alternatively from the retail sector in the store.
• You want to work in the store for a longer period, and you can take care of the store on your own.
• You speak Danish and English.

You take personal responsibility that the store runs well. Therefore you do not hesitate to come with suggestions, and you get a kick when customers, through your guidance, find the exact right piece of jewelry. In addition your good mood is contagious to the store's customers.
