AG Electric A/S is seeking a ventilation technician for Southern Jutland

Do you have solid experience with ventilation and are you ready to join our team?

We are looking for a skilled ventilation technician who can both do his craft and at the same time help steer the tasks safely to completion.

About the job

You will become part of a dedicated team where you will work with planning, servicing, commissioning and documentation of ventilation solutions in Southern Jutland. You will among other things be working with:

• Commissioning and start-up of ventilation systems
• Servicing of systems, including Nilan, and smaller heat pumps
• Optimization of ventilation solutions
• Quality assurance and documentation
• All of this in close dialogue with customers, suppliers and colleagues

About you

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a technician and know the industry
• Are professionally skilled, quality-conscious and self-driven
• Are eager to develop yourself together with AG Electric A/S
• Are structured, service-minded and good at communicating
• Have a driver's license and preferably experience with IT-based documentation
• Preferably have refrigeration qualification up to 3 kg, and otherwise are ready to obtain it.
• If you are VENT-certified, that is a plus!

You will report to our department manager in Christiansfeld, who is trained as a refrigeration technician and will thus be a close sparring partner. In addition you will become colleagues with about 25 electricians in Christiansfeld and 20 ventilation specialists at KF Ventilation in Aabenraa.

About AG Electric A/S

AG Electric A/S is a privately owned and well-established South Jutland company with about 150 employees distributed across departments in Christiansfeld, Sønderborg, Vojens and Aabenraa. Our main department is in Aabenraa, where we moved in 2024 to newly renovated premises in the former post office. Our refrigeration department moved in 2025 to newly renovated premises in Christiansfeld, and works closely with KF Ventilation A/S in Aabenraa, which AG Electric A/S owns the majority of.

We work with everything from intelligent building installations, cooling/ventilation, agriculture, industry, energy optimization, security solutions and service. AG Electric A/S helps all the way from advisory services and project planning to project management and energy guidance.

Our refrigeration department is a small unit in the large company that services and repairs current solutions as well as advises and installs new freezing systems, cold rooms or freezing chambers. Our client base covers industry, office environments, retail stores, hotels, restaurants and a few private customers in most of Southern and South Jutland.

Salary and employment terms

The position is a permanent full-time role of 37 hours with main employment in Christiansfeld.

Salary according to qualifications.

We are members of Tekniq Employers and have an agreement with the Danish Electrical Union.
