About the job
Do you have strong planning skills, an interest in systems, and a desire to work with complex processes across CBS? Then Lokaleadministrationen is looking for a colleague who will mainly contribute to scheduling of teaching and planning of exams.
Lokaleadministrationen plays a central role in bringing CBS’ teaching and examination activities together. The work requires an overview, data discipline, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize among many considerations, deadlines and stakeholders.
Experience with Syllabus and Exam Scheduler is highly prioritized in the recruitment, as both systems are central to our work with scheduling and exam planning.
Your primary tasks
- Participate in the scheduling of teaching, including working with data, dependencies and room allocation in close collaboration with colleagues.
- Have exam planning as one of the primary tasks in close collaboration with colleagues and study administrative units, including coordination of plans, data, rooms and dependencies across CBS.
You will work in IT systems with large amounts of data and dependencies, and the work mainly takes place in the “control room” at your desk, where you switch between your different tasks. You should therefore thrive on and be interested in working with and in systems. If you have experience with dissemination/communication, this would be an advantage.
CBS is an international workplace, and you must therefore be able to operate at a high level in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Salary and employment terms
It is a formal requirement that you hold a master's degree.
Employment is as an AC trainee, and remuneration is in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organization.
