Ambitious Danish teacher for one of Heiberg School's fantastic 4th-grade classes

Are you an experienced and dedicated Danish teacher who is passionate about making a difference for the students?

Then you might be our new teacher who will help continue the school's cultural and academic development and thus support the school's motto that 'happy children learn best'.

We are seeking a teacher who has experience and competencies in Danish, as you will take over Danish in one of our well-functioning 4th-grade classes. We expect you to follow the class all the way through to and including the 9th grade here at Heibergskolen. Besides Danish, our dream scenario is that you have German. Otherwise you surely have other subjects and interests that can help strengthen our school further. You will also be a part of Copenhagen Municipality's initiative on two subject professionals in Danish for 8th grade. We look forward to hearing what you can contribute.

Employment terms

The position is a permanent full-time appointment with start no later than January 1, 2027. The position is covered by the collective agreement for teachers and others in primary schools and Copenhagen Municipality and the working hours agreement for teachers in the municipal primary school and Copenhagen Municipality. In connection with the appointment we will obtain a child and criminal background check and take references.
