About the job

Do you want to find, attract and engage the right talents for AP Pension – and at the same time strengthen our long-term talent pipeline?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a central role in further developing and elevating our Talent Acquisition work. You will act as a close partner for our HR partners and managers and translate the business needs into targeted recruitment strategies, good candidate experiences and hires that last.

About the job

Your main focus will be Talent Acquisition from needs assessment to signed contract. You challenge conventional thinking, use data and market insight purposefully and tailor the channel and sourcing strategy to the concrete candidate markets. At the same time you contribute to workforce planning, talent development and a coherent employer branding effort, where culture, reputation and communication work closely together.

Talent Acquisition – your primary focus

  • Drive the recruitment process end-to-end – from kickoff meeting, job posting and advertising to screening, interviews, references and offers.
  • Develop targeted sourcing and channel strategies for active, passive and hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Build and activate relevant talent pools and long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Ensure a simple and inclusive application process with the lowest possible barrier and a professional candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment data and market insight to monitor quality, speed, conversion and channel effectiveness and translate insights into improvements.
  • Create consistent, structured and inclusive selection processes in close collaboration with hiring managers.

Workforce planning

  • Contribute to workforce planning in close collaboration with HR partners, who have the strategic insights into the areas' business, capacity and competency needs.
  • Translate strategic priorities into recruitment-related recommendations on candidate market, sourcing, recruitment needs and building relevant talent pipelines.
  • Deliver recruitment data and candidate market insight to the joint workforce planning so HR partners and managers can make priorities and decisions on an informed basis.

Talent development

  • Apply insights from performance management in Talent Acquisition work to target recruitment efforts, prioritize sourcing needs and build relevant talent pipelines.
  • Translate evaluations into targeted development actions, talent pipeline, mobility and succession.
  • Create a link between identified potential, core skills and the organisation's upcoming needs.
  • Build our employer branding strategy in close collaboration with the immediate supervisor.
  • Contribute to a clear and trust-building position as a workplace, where culture and employee experience are closely connected.
  • Develop audience-tailored messages and content in collaboration with HR, leaders and employee ambassadors.
  • Use candidate and employee insights to continuously qualify our employer value proposition and recruitment communications.

We imagine that you

  • at minimum have a bachelor’s degree.
  • have several years of experience with Talent Acquisition and have on your own handled recruitments across disciplines and seniority levels.
  • are a persistent searcher who has a good grasp of search, candidate dialogue and development of targeted channel strategies.
  • are a business-oriented advisor and experienced stakeholder manager who builds trust with candidates, leaders and partners.
  • are curious about data and technology and can translate candidate market insight and business needs into concrete priorities and actions.
  • have experience with or a clear interest in strategic workforce planning, talent management and talent reviews
  • and thrive at presenting to larger audiences – including when representing AP Pension at educational institutions.
  • see employer branding as a long-term effort and represent the workplace in a professional manner.
  • communicate confidently in Danish and work in a structured and solution-oriented way – also when the market is tough and the task requires new paths.

How you will succeed in the role

You create value when leaders experience you as an initiative-taking and business-oriented partner. When candidates meet a simple and respectful process, and we build a better pipeline for both current and future needs. At the same time you create visible alignment between recruitment, workforce planning, talent development and employer branding.

The key is that you are well-founded in Talent Acquisition and can bridge to the other areas, rather than you already being a specialist in them all.

We offer

You will get a role with great professional influence and the opportunity to set the direction for our Talent Acquisition efforts. You will become part of a collaborative HR environment where high quality in daily delivery goes hand in hand with the development of the solutions the organization needs. At the same time you will be part of an informal culture with an open and free tone, where we have fun together and help each other – even when everyday life is busy.

As a workplace we focus on wellbeing and job satisfaction. We offer attractive employment terms, such as a pension scheme, health insurance and dental insurance. And we are close to public transport - a short walk from Orientkaj Metro station.

Apply - apply - apply. Applications are processed on an ongoing basis, and we look forward to receiving yours.
