Application Specialist - PDC A/S

We are looking for a proactive specialist for our Airline group, who will help with

• Provide daily support to our customers regarding our software
• Run training courses for both new and existing customers
• Develop and test new solutions
• Install and maintain our systems
• Contribute to sales support and product demonstrations
• Be part of a team of 24/7 support staff

We emphasize building close relationships with our customers, and there is the possibility of travel activity to both new and existing customers globally.

We are looking for you with experience in Crew Planning / Crew Ops / Crew Dispatch. Experience with teaching will also be considered positive. We expect that you are capable of acquiring technical knowledge and have an interest in delving into the PDC applications at both user and technical levels.

You are outgoing, approachable and handle customer inquiries in a structured manner. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important, and you have good English skills, both written and spoken.
