Salary and terms of employment

The appointment is a pedagogue-assistant position with an average weekly working time of 37 hours. You must be able to start on 16.11.26 or 01.01.27. Ongoing interviews will be held. Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination is made after negotiation with the trade union with negotiating rights based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for salary setting.

About us

We are a fantastic and lively kindergarten located in a quirky old house in Frederiksbjerg with over 130 years of history as a kindergarten. With us there is room for diversity and variety among both children and adults. We are normed for 70-77 children, distributed across three rooms. We have a nap room, a common room and a wonderful, green, hilly playground with sun all day as well as fruit trees and plenty of play corners and hiding places.

When you step into our house, you are met with plenty of charm, high ceilings and professionalism. Your colleagues consist of seven pedagogues, one pedagogue-assistant, two merit students and a kitchen assistant as well as a pedagogical leader.
