Pedagogical Assistant, as soon as possible, 37 hours at Harløse School

Fixed-term employment from December 1 or as soon as possible – until 2 July 2027.

We are seeking 1 teaching assistant for Harløse School, a special provision for normally intelligent students with autism spectrum disorder. The position is fixed-term until 2 July 2027.

You must be able to recognise yourself in the school's overall values for the learning environment, which are characterised by us:

Common to all students is that they have special needs that require special consideration and adults with both the will, knowledge and ability to understand them. The students are in classes with 6-9 pupils, and you will become part of 1-2 self-managing teams with teachers and pedagogues. You must be prepared to engage in close cross-disciplinary collaboration with both team colleagues, management and guidance team.

The self-managing teams schedule the students' school day from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m./4.30 p.m. There are lessons in all primary school subjects as well as social skills. As a teaching assistant there are 2-3 days per week until 16.30.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the salary is negotiated with the representative negotiating organisation.
