The position is filled as a Try & Hire arrangement. It works as a mutual probationary period under orderly conditions, where both you and the company can assess the future collaboration and ensure the perfect match

About the position

• The company is a well-established, medium-sized construction company based in Roskilde and the surrounding area, seeking employees with a strong focus on care, maintenance and construction tasks for private individuals, businesses and the public sector.
• Green department: Green care and maintenance, including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed control and general care of gardens and green areas.
• Gray department: Paving work, smaller construction tasks, creation of terraces, tiling work and other practical construction solutions for customers.
• The tasks span a wide range, and there is plenty of opportunity to put your green or gray skills to use.
• A role with great freedom under responsibility, where you yourself help plan and solve the day's tasks on site with customers.

Qualifications

• The company places emphasis on you having the right professional hands and the right attitude
• Qualified landscape gardener or have extensive experience in either green gardening/maintenance or gray construction projects.
• Category B driving license is a requirement.
• Danish spoken and understood.
• Can work independently, take responsibility and are not afraid of physical work.
• Reliable, service-minded and good with customer contact.
