We are in the situation where we now lack a skilled colleague on our one evening shift team to work every Wednesday + Thursday as well as every other weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday in odd-numbered weekends in 2026 and even weekends in 2027.

🌈 The team and the community you will work in: Our good evening shift team consists of 3 colleagues (social and health care assistants), where it is important that you like challenges and where you enjoy taking responsibility for what you do. You should both enjoy sharing your own knowledge as well as receiving knowledge from your colleagues, because we believe that we are strongest when we collaborate and help each other.

It is a prerequisite that you have either experience with or interest in the psychiatric field, as well as the somatic.
