We are looking for experienced servers, overtjenere and Floor Managers for Skovriderkroen in Charlottenlund.

With us, we host the parties our guests have been looking forward to for months – and sometimes for years.

The wedding, the milestone birthday, the confirmation, the company party, the Christmas lunch and the summer party.

And in addition, we continuously fill the venue with concerts, music quizzes, markets and other events.

We have the venue. We have the view over the water. We have the food, the guests and the parties.

Now we are looking for more really skilled people to make it all work.

Because we know that beautiful surroundings and good food alone don’t do it. It’s the people on the floor who make guests feel welcome, help the evening flow, and contribute to creating the party guests remember afterwards.

Maybe it’s you?

Maybe you are the experienced server who loves being on the floor and delivering fantastic service.

Maybe you are the overtiger who naturally takes control when it gets busy.

Or maybe you are the Floor Manager who can get 150 guests, the kitchen, the bar and an entire waitstaff to work together.

We need you all.

One thing is common to you all: you must have experience.

We are looking for people who already know the waitstaff trade and know what good service requires. For our overtjener- and Floor Manager roles you should also have experience with events and be able to take responsibility for an arrangement from start to finish.

But your CV doesn’t have to fit into a specific box.

The most important thing is that you know your craft, like people and want to be part of a strong team.

With us you may want to achieve something.

If you are an experienced server and happy with your role on the floor, there is absolutely room for that.

But if you want more, there’s also ample opportunity to take on responsibility, develop yourself and put your own mark on the way we do things.

As an overtjener/Floor Manager you will, among other things, be responsible for getting your team started, allocating tasks, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, keeping the schedule and being the one who has an overview of the arrangement from start to finish.

And if you see something we can do better? Then say it.

We want to have skilled people around us who contribute with their experience and help to make both our guest experience and our workplace even better.

A good team means everything

You will become part of a dedicated team where we help each other and have ambitions to deliver some really great experiences for our guests.

And if you come from a previous place with a colleague or two whom you miss working with?

Then bring them along.

We are very open to bringing more good people in together. We know how much it matters on a floor when you know each other, trust each other and make each other look good.

Part-time hours, many hours – or maybe full-time

We are flexible regarding how the job fits into your life.

We are looking for both hourly-paid and part-time employees , and for the right profile there may also be an opportunity for a full-time position , where events and company functions are combined with shifts in our à la carte restaurant.

We have events on both weekdays and weekends, but our largest events naturally often take place on Fridays and Saturdays.

You don’t need to work every weekend. For example, it could be every other weekend combined with the other shifts that suit you.

The most important thing for us is that you come in regularly enough to know the venue, the team and the way we work.
