Are you good with your hands and looking for a permanent job? Then maybe you're the one we're looking for!

Can you use a screwdriver, do you have practical understanding, and do you like to build and assemble things? Would you also like a permanent job where you report in at the same place every day?

Then read on!

At FLAIR we are looking for several practically skilled employees for a larger production company in Hedensted, where ventilation systems are produced.

We do not necessarily require you to have a specific education or CV. We are looking for you who have hands that are properly skilled, have experience with tools and enjoy seeing something take shape through your work.

What will you be doing?

You will be part of the production, where ventilation systems are built and assembled.

The tasks include among others

• Assembly and installation of various components
• Use of a screwdriver and common hand tools
• Building ventilation systems from individual parts to finished products
• Quality control of your own work
• Collaboration with your colleagues in production

The work is performed standing, and you will be in movement throughout the workday. You must therefore enjoy active work where you use both hands and your head.

Who are we looking for?

We imagine that you have experience from practical work, where you have been used to using tools, assembling, building or mounting.

The most important is that you

• Have experience with a screwdriver and common hand tools
• Have good practical and technical understanding
• Like assembly work and putting things together
• Are meticulous and quality-conscious
• Thrive with physical work and repetitive tasks
• Are reliable and want a permanent job

You do not need to have worked with ventilation systems before. If you have the practical understanding and the willingness to learn, the company will provide training.

What do we offer?

Here you get the opportunity for a permanent workplace with good colleagues and a daily life with fixed routines.

We offer

• A job with a view to permanent employment
• Fixed workplace in Hedensted
• A stable daily life without changing workplaces
• Good colleagues and a good working environment
• Thorough training in the tasks
• Salary according to qualifications and applicable terms

The position is a Try & Hire contract through FLAIR, where the aim is that you after the initial period become permanently employed directly with the company.

Does that sound like something for you?

Maybe you just want a more stable daily life where you can report in at the same place, use your practical skills, and go home with the feeling of having done something proper.

Then we would love to hear from you!

You do not need to write a long application. Send us your CV so we can see what you have previously worked with.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis and are seeking employees for quick start.
