About the job

  • prefer to have experience with public administration or similar administrative processes in organizations . You should have a flair for administrative processes, where one follows case workflows and procedures and has control of the documentation. It is central that you have a good understanding of administration and the exercise of authority.
  • want to be part of an organization in development where establishing solid and well-functioning workflows is a core task.
  • have good IT skills , as the work involves several different professional systems and electronic filing systems.

In addition to becoming part of our new department in Nørresundby, you will be part of building and developing the administrative support of Danish fishery management. The tasks are process-based and supported by fixed workflows, guidelines, checklists and templates etc.

The daily task solving includes among others

  • Registering and managing buyers of fish and fish products.
  • Managing the collection of charges in connection with fishery control.
  • Advising citizens and businesses on applications, permissions and declarations.
  • Supporting communications tasks, including updating the website and intranet as well as sending professional news.
  • Contributing to the publication and registration of new rules, including immediate regulation in Retsinformation.
