As one of our colleagues has sought new challenges, we are seeking an SSA for our group.

About the job

• Primarily day shifts with few evening shifts.
• Work every 2nd weekend – and the possibility of 4 extra long weekends off per year.
• With the basis in Middelfart Municipality's life-stage policy we will do our part to accommodate your wishes regarding hours etc., so you achieve a balance between work and leisure

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained SSA
• Has a big heart for the citizens and a rehabilitative approach.
• Thrives in both independent tasks and collaboration with others.
• Can keep a cool head in pressured situations and thrives on challenges
• Has humor, drive and can contribute to the good working environment.
• Is not afraid to think innovatively and share your knowledge.
• Has a driving license, as we are a large district with long distances

Familiarity with Nexus is an advantage, but not a necessity

• We would like there to be room and security to approach things with curiosity and come up with new ideas.
• We work rehabilitatively and place well-being and dignity among our citizens high.
