Sofiehuset is a certified, song-loving institution that is seeking 2 appreciative, engaged, and playful pedagogues for our nursery department. Sofiehuset is centrally located in Nykøbing Falster. We have 4 kindergarten groups and 4 nursery groups. We are committed to high professionalism with a focus on the strengthened pedagogical framework. Together with 6 other early childhood education offerings from Guldborgsund Municipality, we are part of the nationwide project All Children's Daycare. The project focuses on raising the quality of Danish daycare with play as the driving force.

You can expect professional and engaged colleagues who delve into professional themes at professional and planning meetings as well as theme days. We are continually striving to strengthen the evaluation culture and develop our practice based on the pedagogical framework.

Sofiehuset has several strong resource persons who take on tasks such as singing, language, early intervention and professional development. We have, among other things, trained professional beacons and language guides who, together with the management, help set direction and maintain focus on ongoing development work.

We emphasize that you will engage in constructive collaboration with colleagues and management. That you are an active team player who contributes to high quality in the pedagogical work for the house's children and families. At the same time, it is important to us that there is a fixed daily structure while we share responsibility.

We are seeking 2 colleagues who

• Are educated as pedagogues with a strong passion and interest in working with children aged 0-6 years
• Are ready to be part of a staff team
• Are adaptable and flexible between rooms and departments depending on the number of children
• Are committed to anchoring and developing the possibilities in the strengthened pedagogical curriculum together with colleagues and the house's resource persons
• Have an eye for the importance of play and the courage to participate as a co-player with the children
• Have an eye for children in vulnerable positions
• Are committed to creating inspiring and development-promoting learning environments throughout the day
• Are a team player and at the same time can show the way through their daily pedagogical work
• Can communicate clearly and positively both in writing and speaking
• Possess good IT skills
• Know and understand that trust and recognition are part of a good working environment
• Possess courage and resilience to manage parent cooperation
• Possibly have completed the movement mentor education

Employment terms: The position is full-time. Salary and terms according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and BUPL. Start on January 1, 2027 , or as soon as possible thereafter.
