Are you our new job advisor at Jobklar, Jobcenter Ringkøbing-Skjern?

We are seeking a job advisor for tasks in the Department of Job and Recruitment - team Jobklar for the insured unemployed and unemployed job-ready cash-benefit recipients over 30 years.

The position is to be filled as of January 1, 2027.

We work with unemployed citizens on unemployment benefits. We help and guide to the next job, a career change or education. We also arrange activation together with the citizens.

You will in this position have responsibility for “own” citizens, whom you will coach and guide back into work. We have a strong focus on the labor market, and the opportunities there are in the area.

We are a department of 10 employees. We place emphasis on a good working environment where we help each other and everyone takes part in the tasks. This means that we also help each other in professional sparring, so that we develop together. We believe that cooperation and well-being are the way to, together and individually, lift ourselves even more. We have an informal tone.

We collaborate with unemployment funds, as an important partner.

We expect that you

• have a coaching approach and experience in advising and guiding people
• have knowledge of the legislation in the employment field or a desire to learn it under thorough training. If you are a social worker, that would be a plus, but not a requirement.
• have knowledge of the local labor market and know what is happening
• have good communication skills
• are efficient and results-oriented
• have a flair for IT and experience with administration
• have good collaboration skills, can work independently and take responsibility for your own area
• work systematically and structured
• by nature are positive and contribute with a good mood
• are oriented towards personal development
• can speak/understand English (we have several foreign citizens)

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
