Are you our new sales advisor?

Do you have the experience, energy, and desire to become an important part of a strong sales team? N. Kjær Bilcentret A/S is growing, and we are busy. Therefore we are looking for an experienced sales advisor who can quickly become part of the team and actively contribute to sales, the good customer experiences, and the continued development of our sales department.

You will be part of a strong team with many young energies, high activity and a culture characterized by collaboration, integrity, short decision paths and ambitions. In daily work you will handle a wide range of new and used cars, with a primary focus on KIA, MG, Mazda and Suzuki.

Your role

You will have independent responsibility for your customers and the entire sales process from first contact to delivery and follow-up.

• Sales and advice on new and used passenger cars, based on customer-focused needs assessment
• Inform about possibilities for financing, leasing, insurance and relevant solutions / services
• Active and systematic follow-up on leads, quotes, test drives and prospects
• Structured work with pipeline and sales activities
• Focus on sales, profitability, conversion and high customer satisfaction
• Professional handling of trade-in vehicles with understanding of value, sale price and margin
• Keep yourself updated on products, market, competitors and technological development

We expect that you take responsibility for your own results and at the same time have a sharp eye for quality. High customer satisfaction is a central focus area for us – both before, during and after the transaction.
