Economy during the training

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Ordinary salary 14,250 DKK/month.

Adult apprentice 25,376 DKK/month.

You can apply to become an adult apprentice

If you are 25 years or older, you have the opportunity to receive adult apprentice pay if you have one year of relevant professional experience with tasks within the care and caregiving sector for adults, with at least 24 hours per week on average within the last 4 years.

Or if you are 25 years old, have worked 30-37 hours weekly for at least 4 months in Health and Elderly in Nyborg Municipality and have a positive reference form from the manager you can receive adult apprentice pay during the training.

Adult apprentice pay as of 1 April 2026 is 25,376 DKK/month

You can apply to become an adult trainee

If you are unemployed, you can through the Job Center investigate the possibility of obtaining adult trainee pay.

Adult trainee pay is 25,376 DKK/month

Nyborg Municipality has introduced a smoke-free working hours. The policy applies to all employees and means that it is not possible to smoke during working hours. The smoking policy shall ensure that all employees in Nyborg Municipality can operate in a smoke-free work environment.
