We are currently looking for apprentices who are passionate about helping those who need assistance in everyday life and who want professional development and to become skilled at supporting citizens in their illness trajectories or life stages.

What do we expect from you? That you are

• Willing to read and do written tasks - also when you are in training
• Ready to cycle and use your own bicycle in field training
• Ready to meet at 7:00 in the morning during training
• Have completed 9th or 10th grade with mathematics and Danish before employment
• Can show first aid- and fire certificates when you start the main program.

The working hours are 37 hours/week, and you can expect weekend and evening work during the training periods.

Documentation that you have applied for a course, and that you have been admitted to the school. If you have not yet applied, do so at http://www.optagelse.dk

Optional: reference from a previous position.

Note that you are not guaranteed a position just because you meet the formal admission requirements.

If you are over 25 years old: When you apply for admission to the program, through http://www.optagelse.dk , you will be invited to a recognition of prior learning assessment (RKV). You should also remember to attach this when applying for an apprenticeship.

If you do not have Danish citizenship: You must remember to attach documentation that as a foreign citizen you have residence and work permit.
