As our new AI Specialist you will be an absolute key player. You will sit with your fingers deeply buried in the engine room, where you will both optimize our own internal workflows and develop solutions that give our customers a significant lead over their competitors.

Your role will span a broad range – from the initial idea and strategy to the technical implementation and subsequent optimization.

You will become an important part of our AI department and help ensure that we continue to be the industry's frontrunner and go-to when it comes to translating the potential of AI and automation into concrete, measurable results.

Your 2 most important tasks will be

• Build AI solutions for customers: You will design and implement tailor-made AI and automation solutions that solve specific challenges for our e-commerce customers – from optimizing ad spend to improving customer service.
• Integrate AI into our services: You will be tasked with further developing our existing services by implementing AI and automation in close collaboration with the rest of the house. You should help make our services even sharper and more valuable by building AI directly into them.

Our expectations of you

We do not expect you to know everything upfront.

But we expect you to be curious, quick to learn and to have a deep technical passion.

You love to nerd out with new tools and find genuine joy in seeing how your solutions create real change.

The perfect candidate

• You have worked with digital marketing and preferably e-commerce.
• You have used AI to generate everything from texts to images and videos.
• You naturally think automation first, to optimize your energy and time.
• You are technically strong and quick to learn new systems and platforms.
• You are self-driven, take initiative and are not afraid to dive into new challenges.

BUT less can also do it.

We believe that within 1-2 months we can teach you what you need to get started.

It is a clear advantage if you...

• Have experience with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier or n8n.
• Have experience with advanced use of AI Agents and have used AI for content production.
• Have experience within digital marketing and especially e-commerce.
• Have experience working with APIs.
