Are you strong in data, and would you like to dive professionally, work with new technologies in data and AI and teach others as a course instructor? Then you might be our new full-time colleague!

We are looking for a technically strong and curious data person with a solid professional foundation and a desire to continuously expand it. In particular Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Python are central technologies in the role, complemented by Power BI and SQL as important parts of the toolbox. The data field is rapidly evolving in line with AI, and you will have the opportunity to work with technologies and solutions at the intersection of data, analytics and AI.

Teaching experience is not a requirement. It is, however, important that you have the desire to convey, explain and make complex technical topics understandable and usable for others.

About SuperUsers A/S

SuperUsers is a Danish-owned IT training and consulting company, founded in 1984. We are about 30 colleagues who are passionate about courses, learning and competence development in areas such as data, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, software development and infrastructure. We are, among others, an official Microsoft Training Services Partner and collaborate with a number of the industry’s leading technology providers.

You will become part of our team of consultants and instructors, perhaps Denmark’s best when it comes to technically high-level teaching. What unites us is that we care about our craft, closely follow developments and gladly share our knowledge with both participants and each other.

We have offices in both Hillerød and Aarhus. In Hillerød you will work at Karlebogaard, a historic country estate, where we welcome course participants every day for training in some truly unique settings. Here you will become part of a professional and social environment with about 20 colleagues.

About the position as instructor

Your primary task will be to teach and hold technical courses for IT and data professionals. You will work with and teach within our data areas and will have ample opportunity to continuously expand with new technologies and disciplines. We place great emphasis on following developments closely, and you will therefore have both time and opportunity for professional deepening, self-study, courses and sparring with our other instructors.

In the long term, approximately half of your time will be teaching. The remaining time will include preparation, development of courses and labs, updating teaching materials, professional development as well as consulting and customer tasks depending on current needs.

Your central tasks will include

• Teach especially within Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Python, as well as Power BI, SQL and related data areas.
• Convey data engineering, analytics and modern data platforms in a down-to-earth and practical way.
• Develop and update courses, exercises and teaching materials, as well as spar with our other instructors and consultants.
• Keep yourself professionally updated and participate in evaluating which new technologies we should work with, including developments within AI and the interplay between AI, data engineering and modern data platforms.
• Handle occasional consulting tasks when they arise within your areas of expertise.
• Occasionally teach or participate in activities at our other locations, typically every 1-2 months.

Your profile

We would like you to have practical experience and knowledge within the data field, preferably with one or more of the topics you will teach. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you must have the technical understanding and curiosity to quickly get into new areas.

• Have an interest in data engineering, data modeling, analytics and modern data platforms.
• Want to convey and teach others, even if you have not taught before.
• Are good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing, preferably in both Danish and English.
• Can work independently and in small teams.
• Are curious, structured and take responsibility for your own areas of expertise.
