Your daily work will include, among other things, these tasks

• Personal care
• Activities with the residents
• Observations within the somatic/physical health area
• Documentation – both health care and pedagogical observations

• That you have experience with both statutory and “everyday” documentation. We use Cura Social as our professional system
• That you are eager to develop your professional skills – e.g. through further education, courses, etc.

At Brande Åbo there are employed pedagogues, pedagogical assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers and care workers, who all participate in cross-disciplinary collaboration. This collaboration broadens professional reflection and ensures sparring as well as provides a holistic view of our residents.

Salary and employment terms

The positions are 30-37 hours per week, but other arrangements can be made.

Working hours are approx. 50/50 day and evening shifts and every other weekend.

An agreement on pay and employment terms is made in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

As soon as possible or no later than 1 January 2027.

We are a combined housing and activity offer with 32 apartments distributed over 4 houses and 20 places in our activity offer. The target group is adults with significant and permanent reduced physical and mental functioning or with acquired brain injury. Our residents need help with personal care, activities, communication, socializing with others around the clock.
