Assistant Manager for Ejvinds in Ringkøbing

Our cozy cafe on Ringkøbing main street is a place where the atmosphere is good, the pace changes, and guests come for bread, cake, coffee and a smile. Now we are looking for an Assistant Manager – a strong, positive and responsible colleague who becomes the store manager's right-hand and can take charge when she is not there.

Your role in the store

You are the one who keeps things running smoothly. You have the overview, the energy and the willingness to take responsibility – both when it is quiet and when things are busy. You help create the great experience that Ejvinds is known for.

Your tasks

• Serving customers in-store and in the cafe
• Serving bread, cakes, sandwiches, coffee and to-go orders
• Stock ordering and daily coordination
• Ensuring that the store is clean, neat and inviting
• Keep an overview of operations and staff
• Contribute to a positive, stable and energetic working environment

Working hours & start

• 30–37 hours per week
• a fixed weekly day off
• weekend shifts every 3rd weekend
• weekday shifts mainly 5:30 AM–1:30 PM
• weekend shifts typically until 12 PM
• start: as soon as possible

The team

You will become part of a fixed staffing of 3–4 employees, supplemented by capable schoolgirls and boys.
