The position is ideal for you who have ambitions in leadership and want to develop your leadership skills in practice. You do not need prior leadership experience. The most important thing is that you have the desire, courage and commitment to grow into the leadership role.

About the job

As an Assistant Rehabilitation Leader you will become a central part of the management in a well-functioning evening group with approximately 60 engaged employees. You will work closely with the Rehabilitation Leader and play an important role in ensuring high professional quality, good operations and a strong work environment.

You will be a visible and approachable leader who supports the employees in their everyday work and contributes to translating strategic goals into concrete actions that strengthen both the citizen experience and the employees’ job satisfaction.

About us

In Evening Group South/East we work every day to strengthen citizens’ independence, quality of life and ability to master their own life.

We believe that the best results are created through high professionalism, cross-disciplinary collaboration and a rehabilitative approach where the citizen’s goals, resources and wishes are the focus of the efforts.

Since the position is located in the evening group, flexibility in working hours and workdays until at least 16:00 is expected.

Your tasks

You will share responsibility for the daily operations, development and quality in the group, including:

  • Support the daily leadership and operations
  • Contribute to high employee well-being, a good working environment and professional development
  • Ensure focus on rehabilitative practice and quality in citizens’ pathways
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and competency development of employees
  • Handle shift planning in close collaboration with the shift planner
  • Strengthen cross-disciplinary collaboration and create coherence in the efforts around the citizens

About you

We imagine that you

  • Have a health-professional background and a rehabilitative mindset
  • Are interested in leadership and want to develop yourself as a leader
  • Build trust through presence, dialogue and clear communication
  • Can maintain overview and create structure in a changing daily life
  • See opportunities in development and change
  • Understand the connection between professional quality, well-being and good operations

Additionally you are curious, action-oriented and motivated by creating results through others.

We offer

  • An exciting leadership position with the possibility to gradually take on more responsibility
  • Close sparring with the Rehabilitation Leader and targeted leadership development
  • A strong professional environment with a focus on rehabilitation and citizens’ mastery of their own life
  • An engaged team of employees with high professionalism and a big heart
  • A well-functioning network of Assistant Rehabilitation Leaders
