I am seeking an assisting specialist in psychiatry for my practice as part of Psykiatriklinikken Selandia, a partnership practice in Roskilde.

The position is an opportunity for you who want to try your hand at specialist practice and experience what this part of psychiatry can offer. Perhaps you are a relatively new specialist, perhaps you have many years of experience, or perhaps you desire a part-time position that can be combined with other work.

The position is part-time, and the concrete hours are agreed based on both your wishes and the clinic's possibilities. Employment is in accordance with the applicable terms for associate specialists in specialist practice under the FAPS agreement.

About the clinic

Psykiatriklinikken Selandia is a family-owned clinic where we work closely together on efficient, coherent, and interdisciplinary patient pathways of high professional standard.

The clinic is contracted with the national health insurance and handles evaluation and treatment of referred patients. We have, among other things, particular competencies in the assessment of autism spectrum disorders as well as assessment and treatment of ADHD.

We have a friendly and informal tone, short paths to sparring, and respect for each other’s professional expertise. Decency, an empathetic view of people, and willingness to carry your share of a community are important to us.

At the same time, specialist practice is a place where work is focused and efficient. As a specialist, you are responsible for your own patient pathways from assessment to treatment, and we expect you to thrive with independent responsibility, to be able to drive your cases forward, and to have an eye for the fact that the work takes place within the framework of a fee-for-service specialist practice.

Who are you?

You are a specialist in psychiatry and want both to work independently and be an active part of a professional community.

If you are a new or relatively new specialist – or have not previously worked in a specialist practice – we ensure a good introduction to the framework, workflows, and the practice form. You do not need to know everything in advance, but you should be keen to learn the form and after the introduction be able to run your patient pathways independently.

Work hours: Part-time – concrete hourly amount agreed
