A common thread in our work is that the interventions take their starting point in the individual person. We work with KRAP, neuro-pedagogy and Ethical dilemma handling, and we are also about to be trained in LA2u, which will help strengthen and develop our shared pedagogical practice.

Botilbud Elbæk is a modern and vibrant 24/7 facility in Hadsten with space for 39 adult citizens. Our citizens have reduced mental and physical functioning to varying degrees, and therefore both the support needs and the pedagogical tasks differ.

Some citizens are relatively self-reliant in daily life, while others require extensive support for both practical and personal tasks. Personal care and transfers are therefore also part of the work at Elbæk.

At Elbæk we work across professional boundaries. You will be colleagues with, among others, pedagogues, social and health care assistants, occupational therapists, social workers, psychomotor therapists and care aides. We work across the building and actively use each other’s different professions in sparring about the citizens. Your professional profile

• Can think creatively and adjust the pedagogical approach when the existing effort does not create the desired effect for the citizen

We are a 24/7 facility and therefore there will be work every other weekend. Working hours are on all days of the week in day and evening shifts from 6.45 to 22.15.

Christmas, New Year, holidays and summer vacation are planned separately.

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final permanent appointment takes place after negotiation with the qualified trade union organization based on qualifications.

It is a condition of employment that you can at any time present a valid driver’s license.
