We are looking for an educator for the toddler group and an educator for the kindergarten who will contribute to maintaining the high quality in Villa Kulla’s pedagogical practice.

We work in small and large groups, both on our own unit and across rooms and departments in newly renovated learning environments.

We focus on play, learning environments and the children’s opportunities to participate in communities.

And here you will need to be an important adult in daily life.

Your foundation is pedagogy

We are looking for you who are educated as a pedagogue or educator. You have knowledge of the day-care area and you have a desire to contribute and support the structure, stability and red thread we have throughout Børnehuset Villa Kulla.

You are proactive, enjoy taking responsibility and are well grounded in your pedagogical professional knowledge and experience.

We are seeking an educator who finds meaning in working with the good childhood. You see it as your main task to support and develop children’s competencies, and you are happy with reflections, development, curiosity and diversity.

A strong professional work community

Børnehuset Villa Kulla is a relatively new two-story institution from 2020, with four toddler groups on the first floor and three kindergarten groups on the ground floor.

We are a daycare house in rapid development, seeking a colleague who wants to develop and co-create with us.

• We focus on development potentials, and that everyone can do something different that offers the children a versatile learning environment.
• We are a leadership that listens and provides room and space for reflective pedagogical practice, and who are close to practice in daily life by leading from the front.
• We work with clear pedagogical organization and use the evaluation tool SMITTE.

We are seeking a pedagogue for 32-35 hours per week, from 1 December or as soon as possible thereafter
