We are looking for three for the kindergarten and one for the nursery due to more children

Børnegården is seeking four pedagogues or pedagogical assistants who can take on a pedagogical responsibility. For us, responsibility is not about standing alone, but about together with colleagues creating security, direction and coherence in the children's everyday life.

The positions are initially from January 1, 2027.

If you graduate as a trained educator on February 1, 2027, we are happy to wait for the right colleague.

We offer 37 hours, but can also accommodate individual needs regarding weekly hours.

An everyday life with room for children and diversity

We are an integrated day-care institution, where we work in our own teams and across. We organize everyday life with present adults, manageable child communities and activities that start from the children's needs, initiatives and development.

Psychological safety is an important focus for us, and we use, among other things, DiSC profiles to understand each other’s different strengths and needs.

We expect that you

• are a trained pedagogue or pedagogical assistant
• meet children, parents and colleagues with warmth, acknowledgment, curiosity and respect
• have an eye for play, child communities and each child’s opportunities to participate
• want to work with pedagogical organization inspired by Sebastian Damkjær-Ohlsen
• can create structure and safety while contributing ideas and professional reflections
• are eager to take responsibility, collaborate and both give and receive feedback
• can use everyday digital tools and communicate clearly and professionally in writing
• enjoy outings outdoors year-round regardless of weather – both short improvised and longer trips

You don’t need to know everything from day one. The most important is that you want to bring yourself and your professional skills into play and develop with us.
