About the job

Dreaming of a job where residents and colleagues all appreciate your presence and engagement? Are you trained as a social- and health care helper? Then hurry to apply for a sought-after day shift position in Hørsholm's finest surroundings.

If you are the lucky one, the position is to be filled from 1 December 2026 or by agreement. The position is 25-27 hours per week with weekend shifts every 3rd weekend. Employment is in accordance with the municipal agreement for social- and health care personnel concluded between KL and FOA. The base salary for a newly graduated social- and health care helper is 28,746 DKK. The salary is stated for full-time without pension contributions and is reduced in proportion to the number of hours. There is also potential for further negotiation of allowances.

Workplace

Breelteparken is a large care center in Hørsholm Municipality, located in scenic surroundings, close to the Helsingør motor way and with good public transport options.

Breelteparken is a self-owned institution consisting of nursing home, home care, large kitchen, administration, hairdresser, nursing clinic, restaurant, swimming pool etc. The vision is to be “a town within the town.” The nursing home contains 51 nursing home places and consists of 2 departments; North and South. The residents at the nursing home are all known with elderly medical conditions, to a greater or lesser extent. But since we work person-centered, it is the residents and their life stories that guide our daily approach.

Our core task takes its starting point in lived life and it is here where we can do something really special. It is the experience of the resident that is most important to us - every single day: ”Together we find possibilities to live YOUR desired life”

About you

We are looking for a colleague who professionally and personally is passionate about creating star moments and who will help create a safe everyday life for the residents, filled with smiles, activities, participation, where especially relationship-building is the framework for the good life. We work from an activating approach with focus on bringing the citizens' resources into play in daily care tasks. We also have a strong focus on daily activities based on each resident's wishes and life story.

What we offer?

  • An individual introductory program and training designed especially for you and your needs
  • A workplace where you can influence and develop your own tasks
  • Digitally delivered competency development where you can continuously develop and take on more responsibility if you want this.
  • Good staff benefits in the form of exercise offers and private health schemes and insurances.
  • Flat management structure, where there is not a long way from thought to action
  • An active environment with many volunteers and our own bus which we control ourselves.
  • There is no cleaning, so your core task is socializing and caring for the individual resident.
  • Nearby management
  • Opportunity for further education and a rich course catalog

What we are looking for?

We are looking for an engaged and adaptable colleague – who will help make every day special for all our residents and who:

  • Focuses on quality of care and thrives in holistic care
  • Works independently and takes responsibility for task solving
  • Wants to shape their own shifts
  • Knows how important documentation is and someone who can do it or is eager to learn it (Nexus)
