Back-office Sales & Purchase Supporter – for those who consistently hit order targets

Do you like having things under control, and are you happy when an order goes out correctly? Then we have a place for you in our Sales & Purchase team.

At ET Europe you will be part of a small team where you work with orders, complaints and product data and quickly take real responsibility. Experience is not required. You will receive thorough training, and your tasks will grow as you become ready for more.

Here are some of the things you will work with

• Orders in SAP: you enter them, monitor them, and ensure they are sent out on time
• Dialogue with warehouse and shipping about orders, pickups and samples
• Complaints in Claimlane and the RMA inbox
• Creation of items in CoolPIM and SAP and updating delivery times
• Purchase orders and follow-up with suppliers
• Responses to inquiries from customers in our info inbox
• How-to's and manuals that make everyday life easier for the whole team

Once you are up to speed

You will take on the responsibility for our complaints and for product creations on customer portals, and you will help develop our processes so things become even easier.

How the everyday looks

No day is exactly the same. Some days things move quickly, and tasks change rapidly. You are never alone with it, because we are a small team that helps each other.

You’re probably the right fit if you…

• like structure and are happy when you can check things off your to-do list
• are curious and want to learn new things
• take responsibility for your tasks and ask when in doubt
• have a natural service gene, also on the phone
• would preferably have some experience from office, customer service, sales, purchasing or logistics. It’s a plus, but not a requirement. If you come from a commercial education, a student job or something completely different, we would also like to hear from you

Language: You can operate in Danish and English. You must also be able to operate in German, but you do not need to be fluent.

• prefer to have the same tasks every day
• do not want to speak with customers and suppliers
• think it’s boring to work with systems and details
