Sales & Office Supporter wanted

At RDA Scandinavia you will be a central link between customers, sales and daily operations.

On behalf of RDA we are seeking an experienced sales support who can support the commercial activities and ensure smooth daily operations. In close cooperation with the Area Sales Manager and the support functions in the Netherlands, the position combines customer contact, sales support, order processing and practical tasks at the office and warehouse.

Your tasks will b.la . be

• Handle the daily customer contact and ensure good customer service.
• Prepare quotes, process orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Support the Area Sales Manager with customer visits, meeting scheduling and follow-up on leads.
• Identify potential customers and contribute to developing sales.
• Coordinate with colleagues and support functions in the Netherlands on purchasing, logistics and administration.
• Handle warehouse tasks, including goods receipt, stock counting and pick and pack.
• Contribute to the daily operation of the office and warehouse and ensure up-to-date customer and order information in the company systems.

You will get a versatile role with broad contact points, where you take responsibility for both the customer experience and the practical tasks that keep everyday life functioning. We expect that you work independently, take initiative and contribute flexibly across the company – always with a focus on good service, structure and close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and the Netherlands.

Qualifications and competencies

As part of a local team of two, we are seeking someone who takes initiative, works independently and thrives on contributing across the company. The aim is to provide customers with reliable service while freeing up time for the Area Sales Manager to focus on customer relationships and growth in sales.

• Experience from a similar position.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Business Central.
• Fluent Danish and English.
• Strong service orientation and commercial understanding.
• Structured, proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Good collaboration skills and willingness to contribute across the company.

Practical information

This is a permanent position, with start as soon as possible, but by arrangement.

You will be offered between 32-37 hours per week, to be agreed.

You will become part of an established international company with good and healthy values, which expects to grow in the Danish market during the coming years.

It is expected that you work physically at the company’s address in Hobro.

You are expected to be willing to undergo a background check prior to employment.
